We look forward to welcoming you to our vacation apartment in the Friedrichshafen-Efrizweiler district. It is comfortably and tastefully furnished for a carefree experience during the most beautiful weeks of the year.

The south-facing orientation of the apartment with a large terrace and lounge, private garden access and a view of meadows towards the stream and apple orchards, gives you the setting for a relaxing vacation.

The apartment on the garden floor has 80 square meters and 3 rooms. Including 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The terrace of the apartment is completely south-facing. It is adjoined by a large garden with a transition to the meadows.

BLICKinsGRUEN is aiming for the 5*****, the highest possible award from the DTV for vacation properties. However, the examination is still pending.

Directions

The apartment is located at Klufternerstraße 161 (Efrizweiler). The parking lot is located in the underground garage, which can be accessed via the exit between buildings 161 and 163. At the end of the exit and just before the underground garage door, there is a small parking lot for guests of the apartment owners on the right-hand side of the paved green area, which you should first drive to in your car.

Your host Rebecca Stucki will welcome you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a brief introduction to the house and its technology.

Exceptionally, we also offer you access via a key safe at the house on request. The code will be sent to you separately by e-mail a few days before your arrival.

Conditions/extras

Cancellation conditions:

- up to 91 days before the start of the rental period: 90€ flat rate

- 90-61 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

- 60-31 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

- 30-1 days before the start of the rental period and no-show: 90% of the rental price

The tourist tax in Friedrichshafen is not included in the indicated price. The tourist tax must be paid on site.
