A special highlight: as a SEVINA guest, you have access to the 1,500 m² spa and wellness area of the neighboring Hotel Traube am See – with a pool, sauna area, and spacious relaxation oases for complete relaxation.
INCLUSIVE SERVICES FOR YOUR STAY
The SEVINA Apartments are designed as comfortable self-catering apartments and feature a fully equipped kitchen.
The price includes numerous amenities that will make your stay particularly enjoyable:
- Free use of the spa and wellness area at the Hotel Traube am See, including bathrobe and sauna towels
(except December 21-27, 2025, when the hotel and restaurant are closed and spa use is therefore not possible) - Free Wi-Fi and parking spaces directly at the apartment building
- Lockable bicycle storage room for bicycles or e-bikes
- Linen package with bed linen, hand towels, and dish towels on a rental basis
- Starter pack with washing-up and kitchen utensils (including washing-up liquid, tabs, coffee/tea set, garbage bags, soap)
- Final cleaning included; for stays of 8 nights or more, additional interim cleaning with fresh linen change
On request, you can book the extensive breakfast buffet or a daily 4-course gourmet menu at the Hotel Traube am See at a preferential price.

RESTAURANT & CULINARY DELIGHTS
The kitchen team at the Traube am See will spoil you with a daily changing gourmet menu – harmoniously coordinated dishes, freshly prepared with love.
From Monday to Thursday, a seasonal menu with classics is also available (except during high season and public holidays).
As seats in the restaurant are in high demand, we recommend booking early.

Conditions/extras
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival, 60% of the total price will be charged in case of cancellation. In case of later cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge 90% of the total price.
We kindly ask you to make cancellations exclusively via the link provided or in writing.
To cover any cancellation costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Terms of payment:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due immediately upon booking. The remaining amount will be debited 6 weeks before arrival.
Both amounts will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
The legally required visitor's tax is to be paid at the reception desk upon check-in.
