Description

The two vacation apartments Diamond 1 and Diamond 2 are located close to the center in a residential area in Friedrichshafen. The city center and the waterfront promenade in Friedrichshafen can be reached either by bus or by a short walk (about 20 minutes) on foot.

The apartments are fully equipped. Both have a kitchen with dishwasher, pad coffee machine, microwave and oven. The dining area is connected to the living room.

The vacation apartments therefore serve as the perfect starting point and retreat for your vacation on Lake Constance.

Pets are allowed on request for a fee of €7 per night and pet.

Parking is free of charge directly in front of the house.

Conditions/extras

A deposit of 50% of the total price is due within 7 days of booking.
The remaining amount is to be paid at the latest 7 days before arrival, or at the latest on arrival on site.

Payment is made by bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions: Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge, from 30 days before arrival 90% of the total price will be charged.
