Arrive and feel good - have a relaxing vacation at Lake Constance in our Stadthaus Seeblick E75. The holiday apartment was renovated lately and offers a spacious kitchen (21sm) with balcony as well as two separate combined living and sleeping rooms (28 sm each) with modern furniture. Additionally to the bathroom with shower and toilet, there is a wooden sauna with a comfortable, barrier-free shower on the same floor. You can use the adjoining, idyllic garden with a small pond and watercourse.The guest room (17sm) with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a spacious terrace (17sm) at the same floor can be rented additionally.
Conditions/extras
Rental conditions: A deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 14 days of booking. The remaining amount is to be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. Payment is made by bank transfer. Cancellation conditions: Cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. From 60 days before arrival, 20% of the total price will be charged. 90% of the total price will be billed within 30 days of arrival.CORONA EXCEPTION
Because of your courage and the ongoing Corona crisis, we assure you that we will also reimburse the deposit up to 30 days before arrival. If the Corona conditions change shortly before the start of the trip, a total price that has now been paid will also be repaid.
