The holiday flat is excellent located in the center of Friedrichshafen. 800m to the train station and 750 m to the waterfront. <BR><BR>It is a new holiday flat. The flat consists of a spacious room with underfloor heating and has 81 sqm in total size. After an eventful day you can relax in the cozy double or you take a bath in the tub of the large and bright bathroom. The modern fitted kitchen includes: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. <BR><BR>For your car there is a reserved parking place right outside the house (no additional charges). A bicycle storage is available as well. <BR><BR>Wi-Fi access and TV connection are available free of charges. So you can plan your trips online, check emails or do other important things. <BR><BR>Smoking is not permitted in the holiday flat. Bringing pets is only in exceptional cases and on request possible (surcharge). <BR><BR>Whether business trip, vacation, study, recreation or adventure: The holiday flat is located in a suburb of Friedrichshafen and is suitable for many exciting excursions in the area. The B31 can be reached by car in a few minutes, what allows short trips to Lindau or Austria. <BR><BR>The holiday flat is located in the city center of Friedrichshafen, so almost all the attractions, shops and public transport are nearby. Nevertheless, the apartment is in a pedestrian area with an easy access to the thoroughfare. The shore of Lake Constance, the public bathing beach and bakery can be reached within just a few minutes. Distances: 950 m to the city center of Friedrichshafen. 4.4 km to the trade fair an airport.

April bis 31. Oktober 2,50 EUR, Kinder/Jugendliche (6-18 Jahre) 1,25 EUR und vom 1. November bis 31. März 1,50 EUR, Kinder/Jugendliche (6-18 Jahre) 0,75 EUR pro Person und Nacht. Kinder bis zum vollendeten 6. Lebensjahr, Geschäftsreisende, Behinderte (ab 80%) und ihre Begleitpersonen sind befreit (Stand Januar 2023).
