Choose between our charming 45 m² attic apartment and our spacious 60 m² basement apartment, both offering a peaceful setting and easy access to Lake Constance.
The 45 m² apartment is a beautifully converted attic apartment with large windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchenette and dining area offer lovely views of the garden and, depending on the season, glimpses of Lake Constance, providing a true sense of relaxation and freedom.
The 60 m² apartment is located on the lower ground floor (basement level) and features a professional-grade kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a spacious bathroom with an XXL walk-in shower and double washbasins. A washing machine is also available, making it ideal for longer stays.
Our garden oasis is open to all guests and includes a picturesque fish pond, sunny terrace, barbecue area, and comfortable lounge spaces. It is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Lake Constance and the surrounding region.
Dogs are welcome upon prior request. 🐾
