Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, ist aber trotzdem recht zentral gelegen. In nur 100 Meter Entfernung verläuft der Bodensee-Radweg. Die nächste Bahn- und Bushaltestelle ist Friedrichshafen-Landratsamt und ist ca. 400 Meter entfernt. Auch der See ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, das Strandbad liegt rund 1 km entfernt. Wir verfügen über drei SUPs, die mitbenutzt werden können.
Die helle und hohe Dachgeschosswohnung besteht aus einem sehr großzügigen Hauptraum mit kompletter Küche, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem modernen Bad sowie einer getrennten Toilette. Falls notwendig kann auch die Couch im Hauptraum zu einem Bett umgestaltet werden.
Ein großer Balkon mit schöner Aussicht lädt zum Verweilen ein und ermöglicht es zu grillen. Alle Zimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Ein getrennter Eingang sowie Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

Description
The vacation rental is located on a quiet dead-end street, yet it’s still quite centrally located. The Lake Constance Bike Path runs just 100 meters away. The nearest train and bus stop is Friedrichshafen-Landratsamt, approximately 400 meters away. The lake is also just a few minutes’ walk away, and the public beach is about 1 km away. We have three SUPs available for guests to use. The bright and spacious attic apartment consists of a very generous main room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a separate toilet. If necessary, the couch in the main room can be converted into a bed. A large balcony with a beautiful view invites you to relax and offers space for barbecuing. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A separate entrance and parking are available. We have a key box next to the front door, so you can check in on your own. However, we’re also available if you’d like us to be there. We’re flexible regarding check-out, and if possible (no subsequent booking), you can check out later.
Conditions/extras
Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the booking price will be charged.
For cancellations made 14 days before arrival, a 90% cancellation fee applies.
Please transfer 50% of the booking price 20 days before arrival and the remaining amount 14 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
The tourist tax in Friedrichshafen is not included in the indicated price. The tourist tax must be paid on site.
