Description

Welcome to our newly renovated vacation apartment with large terrace. The vacation apartment is located in the old-established district Allmansweiler, various shopping facilities as well as baker, savings bank or pharmacy are within walking distance. You can reach the city or the beautiful Lake Constance by car in about 7 minutes. Families with children are expressly desired. Of course a guest WLAN is available, free parking is available directly in front of the house. The apartment is located on the first floor (raised first floor) of the house and can be reached via a separate entrance in the hallway. Because of the convenient connection to the B31 you can reach Lindau/Bregenz/Vorarlberg quickly and can go on great hikes or skiing in winter. In the other direction you can go to Meersburg, Überlingen and Konstanz. The Messe Friedrichshafen and the ZeppelinHanger are only 1 km away, which is ideal for fair visitors, exhibitors and business people. Pets are possible by prior arrangement.

Die Gäste-Abgabe Friedrichshafen ist in dem angegebenen Preis nicht inkludiert. Die Gäste-Abgabe ist verpflichtend vor Ort zu bezahlen. Sie beträgt ab dem vollendeten 18. Lebensjahr vom 01. April bis 31. Oktober 2,50 EUR, Kinder/Jugendliche (6-18 Jahre) 1,50 EUR und vom 1. November bis 31. März 1,50 EUR, Kinder/Jugendliche (6-18 Jahre) 0,75 EUR pro Person und Nacht. Kinder bis zum vollendeten 6. Lebensjahr, Geschäftsreisende, Behinderte (ab 80%) und ihre Begleitpersonen sind befreit (Stand Januar 2023).
