Different conditions apply during following trade fairs and conferences:
At the motor-cycle Exhibition, Tuning World, HAM Radio and Modellbau are cancellation free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation afterwards 100 % of the room rates will invoice by the hotel. During the Eurobike Show are cancellations free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. Later 100 % of the room rates will invoice by the hotel. For the trade fair AERO a cancellation free of charge is possible until 14 days before arrival 12 o'clock. After that, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the room rate. For the fair SPIELDOCH! a cancellation free of charge is possible until 7 days before arrival 12 o'clock. In case of later cancellation, no-show or early departure, 90% of the booked services will be charged.

Power Generation Symposium Europe: A cancellation free of charge is possible until 10 days before arrival. After that, cancellations, changes and/or rebookings or no-shows will be charged with 90% of the booked service.

Tourist tax information

Die Gäste-Abgabe Friedrichshafen ist in dem angegebenen Preis nicht inkludiert. Die Gäste-Abgabe ist verpflichtend vor Ort zu bezahlen. Sie beträgt ab dem vollendeten 18. Lebensjahr vom 1. April bis 31. Oktober 2,50 EUR, Kinder/Jugendliche (6-18 Jahre) 1,25 EUR und vom 1. November bis 31. März 1,50 EUR, Kinder/Jugendliche (6-18 Jahre) 0,75 EUR pro Person und Nacht. Kinder bis zum vollendeten 6. Lebensjahr, Geschäftsreisende, Behinderte (ab 80%) und ihre Begleitpersonen sind befreit (Stand Januar 2023).
