It is possible to equip both bedrooms with an extra children travel cot (included in Baby-Service) or with an additional bed for adults. The holiday apartment 'Terra' is located in the ground floor of the old cowshed. She has a Mediterranean design in color and furnishing. The atmosphere is cozy and attractive. Everything is completely handicapped accessible und suitable for wheelchair users. There is enough space for turning in every room of the apartment. All the window handles are deeply placed and there are wide doors to every room.
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with a doublebed and 2 single beds, which are higher then usual beds. The windows in the bedrooms are equipped with shutter and mosquito protective grating. It is possible to equip both bedrooms with an extra children travel cot (included in Baby-Service) or with an additional bed for adults. The open living/dining and kitchen space has a ground-level entrance to the terrace. The kitchen is wheelchair accessible as well and is equipped with dishwasher and microwave. The very spacious bathroom (with shower/WC) has all important hand holds. The shower has also a ground-level entrance as the sink is wheelchair accessible and it is possible to adjust and turn the mirror.

Stornierungsbedingungen:
Die Stornierungsgebühr beziffert die vertraglich ausgemauchte Wohnungsmiete abzüglich der ersparten eigenen Aufwendungen. Nicht angefallene Betriebskosten - etwa für Reinigung oder Bettwäsche und Handtücher - hat sich der Vermieter gemäß §552 Satz 2 BGB anspruchsmindernd anrechnen zu lassen.
Dies sind in unseren Ferienwohnungen 10% die vom Mietpreis abgezogen werden. Der Betrag wird für alle nicht widerbelegbaren Übernachtungen fällig. Eine Stornogebühr von 20,00 Euro ist in jedem Fall zu bezahlen.
Bei einer gesetztlich angeordneten Schließung, ist eine kostenfreie Stornierung jederzeit kurzfristig möglich.

Die Gäste-Abgabe Friedrichshafen ist in dem angegebenen Preis nicht inkludiert. Die Gäste-Abgabe ist verpflichtend vor Ort zu bezahlen. Sie beträgt ab dem vollendeten 18. Lebensjahr vom 1. April bis 31. Oktober 2,50 EUR, Kinder/Jugendliche (6-18 Jahre) 1,25 EUR und vom 1. November bis 31. März 1,50 EUR, Kinder/Jugendliche (6-18 Jahre) 0,75 EUR pro Person und Nacht. Kinder bis zum vollendeten 6. Lebensjahr, Geschäftsreisende, Behinderte (ab 80%) und ihre Begleitpersonen sind befreit (Stand Januar 2023).
