Description

Welcome to the Eriskircher Ried nature reserve on beautiful Lake Constance. The Eriskircher Ried is the largest nature reserve on the northern shore of Lake Constance.

The vacation apartment, renovated in 2021, is located in the middle of Eriskircher Ried, on the edge of the town of Friedrichshafen. The vacation apartment includes the right to use a lakeside plot with direct access to the lake and bathing beach. The lake property is about 200 meters from the apartment.

A free parking space is available directly at the apartment.

The apartment has an open bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. It also has a flat-screen TV with usable Netflix and Waipu account and login options for Amazon Prime and YouTube, among others. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you.

The fairgrounds of Friedrichshafen can be reached by car in 8 minutes.

The city center of Friedrichshafen, as well as the harbor with its ship connections, are a 30-minute walk from the apartment.

The nearest bus stop (FN Jugendherberge) is a 15-minute walk away.

Directions

Directions by car: Leave the B31 at Friedrichshafen Ost and follow the signs to Fähre Schweiz/Stadtzentrum. After approx. 1 km on the left on the lake side you will see a campsite (CAP-Rotach). Turn left onto a small side road. Follow this road until the next turning and then turn right (towards Seewiesenesch) into the nature reserve. Follow the road along the railroad line until you reach the residential area (keep left). In the residential area, take the first right. The building is on the left-hand side. The parking space number 4 of the vacation apartment is located on the left-hand side, past the garage doors in the direction of the playground.

Conditions/extras

You can access the apartment via a key safe. This is located on the right under the entrance stairs on the outside wall. Please contact us regarding arrival at least 1 hour before arrival at +49 151 43223724. Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, after that 90% of the total amount is due.
