Unsere neue Ferienwohnung liegt direkt auf Schmids Ponyhöfle inmitten von Obstplantagen und wundervoller Natur. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres gepflegten Hauses und verfügt über ca. 60 qm welche zum Wohlfühlen einladen. In der gesamten Wohnung steht Ihnen kostenfreies W-Lan zur Verfügung. 
Derzeit wird der Ferienwohnung neu und liebevoll eingerichtet. Möbel sind unterwegs aber Fotos folgen leider erst im neuen Jahr.

Die helle und moderne Ferienwohnung bietet ein großes Elternschlafzimmer (Bett: 180 x 200) und einen kleinen extra Schlafraum (Bett: Stockbett) für die Kinder. Die Bettwäsche sowie Hand- und Duschtücher werden selbstverständlich kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt - auf Anfrage können auch ein Babybett sowie ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die moderne Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt wird (Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Tee- und Wasserkocher). Die offene Küche geht über in den großzügigen Ess- und Wohnbereich mit großzügigem Esstisch, einer hochwertigen Schlafcouch sowie einem Flatscreen-TV. Selbstverständlich gibt es auch ein kleines geschmackvolles Bad mit Dusche und WC. Auf der eigenen Terrasse (mit Grillmöglichkeit) lassen sich tolle Abende genießen.

Our dream location allows you to spend quiet and relaxing days on the outskirts of Friedrichshafen, surrounded by well-tended orchards and nature. Nevertheless, the apartment is conveniently located with short distances to the surrounding attractions and excursion destinations.

For children there is also a small playhouse with a slide, swings and sandpit right next to the apartment in its own garden. There is plenty of space to run and play and lots of opportunities to explore nature. The area is also ideal for sporting activities such as jogging, Nordic walking or cycling.

 

Thanks to the very short distances to the fairgrounds (4.5 km) and the airport (6 km), our modern and cozy vacation apartment is also ideal for guests who are staying in Friedrichshafen on business. Travel to the trade fair without stress and relax in quiet surroundings in the evening.

Extra: Schmids Ponyhöfle invites vacation guests to the play meadow right next door. You are welcome to use this outside of bookable hours. Here you can swing, look after the rabbits or even grill bread on a stick at an open fire...
