Vier große Schlafzimmer (3 Doppelzimmer und ein Dreibettzimmer) befinden sich zusammen mit zwei Bädern im Obergeschoss. Im Hochparterre ist ein Einzelzimmer und ein weiteres Bad, sowie die Küche und die Wohnräume.
In der großen Stube mit Kachelofen finden alle Personen Platz. Sei es zum gemeinsamen Essen, einem Spielabend oder zum geselligen Beisammensein. Im angrenzenden Wohnzimmer ist eine Spielecke für die Kinder, eine Couchgarnitur und der Fernseher.
Gerade im Winter nach einem Skitag im nahe gelegenen Allgäu oder Vorarlberg ist es hier besonders gemütlich.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, so dass Sie sich jederzeit eine leckere Mahlzeit zubereiten können.
Das Haus wird in der kälteren Jahreszeit über den zentralen Kachelofen in der Stube mit dem vorhandenen Holz beheizt.

Description
Farm holidays in a rustic farmhouseOur large farmhouse is located i a quiet detached location admid our orchard and the hop field of our neighbours. There is room for two families or smaller groups up to 9 persons. Close to the house is a hiking trail which invites to promenades with fantastic views.
4 large bedrooms (3 double rooms, 1 room with 3 beds) and 2 bathrooms are situated in the upper floor. In the mezzanine floor is a single bedroom and a bathroom as well as a kitchen and the living rooms. The large living room is spacious enough for all persons whether for a shared dinner, a games evening or social gathering. The adjoining, smaller living room with tiled stove offers a play corner for children, a couch and a TV. Especially during winter (after a day of skiing in the nearby Allgäu or Vorarlberg) this room is extraordinary cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The garden offers space for games for children and also security due to the fence which encloses the area. So parents or grandparents a able to relax in the deckchair.
During winter the house is heated with the central tiled stove with the available firewood. There is also a washer, a garage for bikes and a reserve of beverage. Breakfast is possible on request. A few steps from here is the milk automat of our neighbours and 2 kilometers away (Ettenkirch) you can find a small shop "s'Lädele" which offers everything for the daily needs.

Conditions/extras
The arrival is possible from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. – if you want to arrive after 8 p.m., please contact the host. The holiday house is on the date of the departure available until 10 a.m. and has to be clean-swept returned.Smoking is not allowed.
